The split
You decide who gets what.
The total value behind each code is fixed, and you can divide it any way you like between a client discount and your own commission. Give your clients a bigger saving to win more signups, or keep more for yourself. You can run different splits on different codes.
Client discount
Your referrals get a permanent saving on every recurring invoice, which makes signing up through you an easy decision.
Your commission
The rest of the code's value comes back to you as recurring commission, paid every month for as long as the customer stays.
Per-code control
Run one code for your newsletter, another for a specific client group, and tune the split independently for each one.
Both the discount and the commission are worked out on the full list price of the plan, and both stay in place for as long as the customer keeps paying. Mid-cycle pro-rata seat charges are billed at full price.
