Common questions
- Who counts as a billable user?
- Only cardholder users count. Admin and bookkeeper seats are unlimited and free. R199/month covers your first 5 cardholders, then R49/month each after that.
- How does the free trial work?
- You get 30 days free. Card details are captured up-front so nothing breaks on day 30, but nothing is charged until then. We'll email you a reminder 5 days before your trial ends.
- What happens if I add or remove cardholders mid-cycle?
- Adding a cardholder mid-cycle triggers a pro-rata charge for the rest of the current period, then full price from the next cycle. Removing one keeps the seat available at no extra cost until the next cycle — refill it and billing is unaffected.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes, any time. Switching to annual triggers a single up-front charge (with the 10% discount). Switching back to monthly kicks in at the next cycle.
- Which currencies do you support?
- ZAR is the default and everything (VAT, budgets, exports) is set up for South African teams. Other major currencies can be configured in Admin Settings.
- How am I charged?
- Via Payfast. You'll add your card during signup and won't be charged until day 30. Update your card any time from Admin → Billing.
